Where We've Been... So Far!

In addition to the land care management and horticulture service that our Parks and Rec crews provide, PowerCorpsPHL also performs Green Stormwater Infrastructure Aesthetic Maintenance.Blue Magic serves with the Philadelphia Water Department, helping to maintain the city's 300+ GSI sites. Alumni Updates - Chaz

"My Brother's Keeper" Initiative

On July 11th, Paul and Javon were invited to attend a roundtable discussion focused on President Obama's My Brother's Keeper Initiative. The discussion included Mayor Michael Nutter and was moderated by U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan at the Community College of Philadelphia.

Summer Crush Clean-Up

On June 21st, PowerCorpsPHL made a splash in southwest alongside PhillyRising, Global Citizen and a host of community organizations at the 2nd Annual Summer Crush Clean-Up. Volunteers and community residents cleaned the streets and yards within a 4-block radius of Frances Myers Recreation Center. 
Community Garden Work Party

On July 13th, PowerCorpsPHL kicked off the summer gardening season by joining The Wellness of You Inc. at the Community Garden Work Party at Universal Community Garden..
