New Classes & Updates

Here are the following class updates for December:

Mondays, 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM

Kickboxing Boot Camp will be taught by Jerry in the MMA Studio

Wednesdays, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Kickboxing Boot Camp will be taught by Rob in the MMA Studio

Thursdays, 6:00 AM - 6:45 AM

Spin will be taught by both Maggie and Luis
