Cranford Cross-Training

Cranford Cross-Training is an intense small group training program designed to shape the body with a combination of many forms of fitness training: High Intensity Interval Training, Power and Explosive Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Agility and Core Stabilization Training. Sample meal plans and nutritional counseling is included.

 

The camp runs on a 60 day cycle. Payment plans are available.

Strength & Fitness Youth Sports Conditioning Program

 

 

The Strength & Fitness Youth Sports Conditioning Program is designed for the aspiring young athlete who want to increase his/her overall performance on the field, and also for the non-athletic youth that wants to be fit.

 

 


The fitness program teaches the participant how to exercise properly, how to build strength and speed. The older athlete/participant will learn the proper technique of weight lifting. The program serves youth from the age of 8 to the senior in high school.

Paul has been in the Health and Wellness industry for 15 years. He received his 200hr and 500hr Yoga Certification from the American Yoga Academy and is an incredible Yoga Teacher and Certified Personal Trainer.  He infuses movement with mindfulness in his classes to help others enhance their physical well-being and elevate their consciousness.
