Cranford Cross-Training is an intense small group training program designed to shape the body with a combination of many forms of fitness training: High Intensity Interval Training, Power and Explosive Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Agility and Core Stabilization Training. Sample meal plans and nutritional counseling is included.
The camp runs on a 60 day cycle. Payment plans are available.
