It's June and it's... HOT!
Summer is already here and the warm weather is a great time to get outdoors and get active!  Here at the gym, we're turning up the heat and encouraging members to push themselves because hey, beach season is here!
In this edition of our monthly newsletter, we're introducing a bunch of new programs and update you on other progress at the club.

Meet our New and Improved Website!
On May 22nd, we relaunched the website and added new features, media and pages. We are continuing to add to the site so please feel free to check it out and send us suggestions. Enjoy!
New Program: Kids Training Camp
Sports Conditioning for Kids and Teens  


Did you know?


Today's 8 to 18 year olds spend an average of 7.5 hours a day using media including TV, computers, video games, cell phones and movies in a typical day?  


Only one-third of high school students get the recommended levels of physical activity.  It is important to introduce and/or maintain physical activity in your child's routine as it promotes strong bone and lean muscle development, controls weight and decreases the risk of obesity.


Strength and Fitness Club has created a program to help motivate our youth by:

  • Creating opportunities for kids to be more physically active
  • Increasing speed & agility
  • Increasing strength and explosive movements
  • Improving overall performance in any sport

Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays

5:00 PM (ages 1-12) and 6:00 PM (ages 13-17)


Instructors are certified personal trainers and former athletes and offer training programs for young kids and high school athletes.
