New Class Schedule Starts December 1st |
Don't forget to check out the winter class schedule. Ricardo will be teaching Extreme Conditioning and Abs on Monday nights and Pilates on Wednesday nights. Kim will be teaching Total Body Conditioning and Abs on Tuesday nights. Kim is also introducing a new class called Instability Bootcamp on Wednesday morning's at 9:00 AM. This class aims to strengthen and tone stabilizing muscles while burning calories.

Exercise is important during the holidays to lower stress and decrease weight gain. Interval weight training is a great way to BLAST calories in a short period of time. You can halt weight gain with as little as 30 minutes of exercise, 3 times a week, if done properly. That is BLAST training comes in!
What is BLAST Training?
For those of you that have never experienced a BLAST workout, it is an intense hour of small group personal training specially formulated to strengthen tour body, while losing fat. The workout is perfect for all levels of fitness from beginner to the advanced exerciser that want the benefits of personal training without the cost.
Schedule
- BLAST Mondays at 7:30pm
- BLAST Saturdays at 8am
- BLAST Thursday at 6am is in need of 1 more person to hold the class.
If these dates and times do not work for you, it only takes 3 people to start a new day/time. Contact me for further details. Once again, I am lowering the drop in rate to $20 (ending January 31) Here is an excellent opportunity to try this interval training class without making a 9 week commitment.
