This may be a surprise to be receiving this emailed Newsletter, but I have my reasoning, so here goes:
The Impact Grantmaking website and newsletter was created as a venue for nonprofit organizations to post their project proposals which need funding. There has never been a venue for nonprofit organizations to get the word out into the community with their immediate needs or projects, until now.
How Impact Grantmaking can help you, help your clients:
- Your client is turning 70 ½ and must take a distribution from their IRA, which could cause a tax event, they need to make a charitable gift, ASAP
- Your clients have an inheritance coming and would like to give back to their community in an impactful way and need to do so before the end of the year to avoid gift tax
- Your corporate client earned substantial profits and needs to make a large donation, but doesn't know who to give to

Impact Grantmaking's mission is to diligently advocate for the needs of nonprofit organizations and increase their potential to receive funding.
The goal of Impact Grantmaking is to make community needs visible so that anyone can easily learn more and make a donation. It is my vision that the website and newsletter become tools for bringing community together to help solve problems and to inspire a collective impact for the common good.
Below are vetted proposals submitted by nonprofit organizations which need funding. Based on the initial feedback from organizations, I anticipate that every week several more proposals will be added, including rural areas which are often overlooked when it comes to receiving donations from outside the area. The Newsletter will keep you informed as to the needs are in all areas in Oregon.
Please read the posted proposals, which are PDF files, share them with family, friends, colleagues, clients, and then make a donation in any amount!
