The American Legion is sponsoring students to attend Boys State and Girls State this summer. These highly respected programs offer young men and women the opportunity to experience the rights, privileges and responsibilities of citizens of the United States by allowing students to participate in legislative sessions, court proceedings, law-enforcement presentations, assemblies, bands, choruses, and recreational programs.
