Homecoming is Saturday, October 18!
We are coming together here at St. Francis in true Salesian fashion--as a Home, a School, a Church, and a Playground.

We will begin the  day celebrating Church together with Mass in the BAC with our beloved friend, Most Reverend Bishop Sylvester Ryan. In his retirement, he is unwavering in his support of St. Francis, as he has always been. We are excited to welcome him to campus to join with us in prayer and in the day's festivities. We will be honoring all of our fall sport athletes as we join together for our morning liturgy.

Mass begins at 10:30 a.m.

Following Mass, we will continue to celebrate with a barbecue and games on the main lawn on campus. Come buy your lunch from our illustrious concessions crew, who will fire-up the grills early, and hang out for a pre-game picnic on our school campus. A bounce house and some lawn games will be available for our younger visitors.

Finally, join in cheering on our Sharks in our homecoming game against Vacaville Christian.

The game begins at 2:00 p.m.

Parent Reminder:   The PSAT is on Wednesday, Oct 15th!

From: 7:50-11:15 a.m.-an early pick-up after school will be needed.  (School van service will be available for those students who use it.)

Students must be at school by no later than 7:50 a.m.

BE ON TIME! Arriving late can cause significant difficulty and students might not be admitted to the test. Students should report to their assigned room (pursuant to lists on bulletin boards and in classroom windows) when the bell rings.

This is a regular school uniform day (but wearing a college sweatshirt over the student's uniform for Spirit Week is OK).

Expect students to stay for the entire test. Families are reminded not to make appointments during test time.

Lunch truck service will not be available for the day.  Students planning to stay longer should bring their lunch/snacks for the day.

Test Tips:

·      Get a good night rest on the night before the test.

·      Eat a nutritious breakfast...avoid sugary treats.

·      Bring water and a snack for the break.

·      Bring calculator and fresh or extra batteries.

·      Bring 2-3 #2 pencils with erasers for the test--no mechanical pencils please!
