 As the weather gets warmer, you're probably spending more time outside planting, mowing the lawn, and pulling weeds. Gardening can provide a great workout, but after the long winter we've had all the bending, twisting, pulling, and reaching you do in the garden can put a strain on your body. There are things you can do to minimize that strain, but if you still feel achy after time in the garden, give us a call. Massage therapy can help alleviate some of that pain.
