Rotary Magazine Month
Greetings!
Pres Ron Lacey
Pres Ron Lacey

It is with much pride and appreciation that we honor our  brave,  faithful and heroic Police and Fire departments, at our luncheon this Thursday.  They have truly earned and deserve every bit of praise and honor we extend to them.  Fellow Rotarians, enjoy the privilege of rubbing shoulders with these very special women and men.   You know, people crave the opportunity to rub shoulders with heroes, and people of fame. We in fact have the privilege of rubbing shoulders, and congratulating the women and men that that truly make a difference in our lives, and the lives of our children and friends.

May God Bless all of you Police and Fire People that ensure the safety of our lives and that of our children, and of our property.

Thank  all of you wonderful Rotarians that responded to the survey we asked you to participate in. I want to assure you that WE HEARD YOU.  We can not make every change immediately, but I assure you that your thoughts and opinions HAVE been heard.  We honestly want to make the improvements you discussed with us.  Your comments to us were just as important us as the answers to the questions asked.  Again, our sincere thank YOU!

Congratulations to our wonderful City Of Orange on it's 125th birthday.  Thank you also to our city and city employees that work so hard to make this city the truly great place that it is. We also honestly appreciate you.

See you tomorrow, we know you all want to thank these great men and women!

President Ron.

I
ncreasing attendance and increasing membership is very important initiative for the club. Attendance has been low and we are net negative 15 members compared to last year's numbers. If we continue on, we will be operating on less club revenues.

April is Magazine Month

The Rotarians and media professionals behind the Rotary World Magazine Press realize the importance of a magazine's commercial appeal for promoting Rotary' message and attracting new members. RI's flagship magazine, The Rotarian, as well as Great Britain and Ireland's Rotary Today and India's Rotary News are only some of the 31 RI magazines to modernize their "look." Their art directors stress attractive layout and high-quality photographs as the cornerstone of a contemporary, quality RI publication.
