REMPLOY'S VISION...

Remploy's mission is to transform society and the lives of disabled people.

We achieve this by:

  • Creating equality in employment
  • Facilitating access to sustainable employment and careers
  • Enabling individuals to achieve their ambitions and maximise their potential

We're proud of our rich heritage. Through our factory legacy, we have developed unrivalled skills and expertise and our commitment remains in supporting disabled people to gain the skills, confidence and opportunities they need to build enduring careers in mainstream employment.

Through a network of 15 branches and offices across Wales, Remploy has found jobs for more than 8,300 disabled and disadvantaged people across Wales and our goal is to support even more disabled people over the coming years.
