With a fall of £1.4bn in funding for the Third Sector in the UK since 2008 and a predicted £1.3bn fall in Public Sector funding to the Third Sector by 2014/15, the not-for-profit sector finds itself facing unprecedented hardship.

This one day course is essential for board members or trustees who want to ensure they understand fully the financial position of their organisation. We cover all the information you need to request and how to interpret it. Delivered in-house, we will explain what you need to know and what it means. You will be provided with a check list of financial information which your finance officer and CEO should have readily available and understand how to spot issues in the data.
