American Jewish Youth Join Seminar with IAF Air Cadets

Another historical milestone was achieved when the first group of American Jewish youth joined a seminar and workshop together with IAF air cadets at the American Youth IAF Center.

22 young American youth lead by Rabbi Daniel Bouskila, from the Sephardic Education Center in Los Angeles, joined 26 IAF Air Cadets from the Tamar Air Force Technical High School, situated in Moshav Nator located in the Ramat Hagolan.

The joint workshop began with an introductory session to build up the relationship between the 2 groups. This was

followed by a presentation from Major Stav, IAF Top Gun, who shared his personal story from the IAF operation "Pillars of Defense". He also introduced the everyday challenges that

face the Israel Air Force.

Aviad Ben Shoshan, an 11th grader from Tamar High School, shared with the American youth his unique curriculum and the personal benefit he and his fellow students receive from this program which will install better knowledge of the land of Israel and its people and how they can contribute to a better society.
