Greetings!

I would like to begin the Winter Newsletter by thanking each and everyone of you for what you do every day to improve the lives of others in our communities. I am extremely fortunate to work with so many terrific people whose passion and commitment is to make a difference in the lives of others. As you approach the year ahead, now is the time to revitalize your board, staff and all key stakeholders. The challenges ahead are great but the spirit and determination to move forward are stronger than ever before. I hope you enjoy my latest article in the newsletter.

In closing, I'd like to draw your attention to a FREE event taking place at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck on February 15.  It is entitled "How Do You Measure Success?".  Dr. Robert Penna will lead this workshop on Outcomes Assessment.  We hope you can join us.  Click here for a detailed flyer and registration information.

Sincerely,

However, these types of engagements often begin with high hopes, but end in disappointment with little achieved and end up collecting dust on some executive's shelf. This disappointment is often the result that most strategic plans lack the following four components:

Does Your Organization Need Revitalization?

Nonprofits most frequently engage my services to help them ensure that their strategic goals are achieved.  I offer three practical and hands-on solutions:

1.  Revitalization: Imparting New Life Beyond Strategic Planning
2.  Board Performance Assessments
3.  Strategic Board Retreats

It all starts with a phone call or cup of coffee.  Let's see if we're a right fit for each other.

Becky Gabriele, former Board Chair of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Central and South Jersey Affiliate,  provided the leadership to revitalize their Affiliate Board along with Nancy Healey, Executive Director (not shown). Becky and Nancy are both breast cancer survivors.  I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and will always admire their passion and commitment to eliminate breast cancer.
