Traditional and Naga Biltong
Best pals Paul Elliot and Craig Edwards have jacked in their jobs as taxi drivers and setup the county's first licensed biltong company.
Paul has been making the South African dried meat snack as a hobby for nine years before relenting to pressure from friends and family to start up a business.
After 19 years in the taxi industry Paul has now set up Gloucester Biltong with his friend Craig.
They are already supplying to a number of outlets throughout the county, including selling wholesale at the unit and despite only setting up two months ago, they are already making profits and ploughing money back into the ever-expanding business.
Popular with rugby clubs and bars, the duo has been selling the goods to people as far away as Jersey.
When their website gets up and running shortly they will be able to sell to fans of the delicacy across Europe.
