Welcome

Well what a hectic few weeks this has been! With Gill leaving Carol has been covering both roles and she has done a great job,  but I think she is definitely looking forward to someone joining her!

We are currently in the middle of changing our CRM system, which is causing quite a bit of extra work, but should make us more efficient than ever. (If that is possible!!) So if you notice a change in your invoices etc, that is why. We are working hard to ensure the change from one system to another is smooth, but if we do have any hiccups, please bear with us.

 
Outlook Portishead is taking place this Thursday at Somerset Hall, the big business event of the year, in Portishead that is. It is organised by the Portishead Chamber of Commerce and In Any Event and the idea behind it is, to let  businesses outside Portishead, know what a great place Portishead is to do business.  
I do hope I will see quite a few of you there and there is still time to book your place if you haven't. Click here for more details.

 With the warmer weather coming, (hopefully) things are hotting up around here, and we are opening the windows. Can I just request that on leaving your office you check all windows are shut please. For all the obvious reasons, but believe it not we have had birds making there way and getting trapped too!Also please remember to turn off your office lights. (That's to save energy!)

letterboxYou may or may not have noticed, but the main office block did not have a postbox!

 We have now put one outside by the maindoor pod, so if any of you in the main block do have clients who need to drop a letter off for you after reception hours, they can now do so.

Decorator on site

DECORATORIf all goes to plan and weather permitting, we will have someone here this week, to re-varnish all the wooden slats which are all over the outside of the building.

 

This will involve a cherry picker, so please be aware that we may need to corner off parts of the car park at various times.

But is all part of our efforts to keep the place looking tip -top for you, so do bear with us please.

Pure Weston Opens August 2013

Our new Weston Offices are on schedule and will be opening on August 19th 2013. These are the most recent photos

There are currently no facilities quite like what we will be offering in Weston, so if you know any businesses in the Weston area looking for smart office space, please let  them know about us. Again if you recommend anyone who takes an office we will thank you with £100 vouchers. Just let me know their name before anyone else does or they contact me.

 Rubbish & recycling

By the Chiropractors
By the Gym
  
If the recycling/rubbish bins nearest you are full, please walk round to the other sites to check for space.  Please don't  leave your rubbish/recycling on the floor in the bin areas or on top of the bins.
  
David works very hard to keep shuffling the bins round to provide space where it is needed. But we need to all work together. Espescially those businesses producing alot of rubbish/recycling.

Parking

Another gentle reminder to park your car properly between the marked lines please. 

Badly parked cars means we lose spaces.

Also please use marked parking areas, even if it isn't as close to the entrance as you would like. If we all park considerately, we usually all have a parking space, so we need to work together on this one please.
