pepnet family picture
Family involvement practices include empowering families to be a part of their student's transition planning and IEP meetings. This webinar will share information about the impact of the family on postsecondary planning and eventual outcomes. This will be represented through the evidence available in the literature as well as through the experiences of parents as they encourage and support their children through the journey to young adulthood.
