NEWS FROM LEANNE GRILLOT

2015 Florida Professional Contacts Meeting for Deaf and Hard of Hearing & Visual Impairment

You are invited to the annual meeting for the district contacts for the programs of Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) and Visual Impairments (VI). This meeting will be different than any previous contact meeting! Be prepared to crunch data, collaborate with colleagues and create a plan of action specific to your program(s). Having district personnel attending the two full days will be critical, as the needs for both professions will be addressed as a group and as individuals through breakout sessions.

Travel reimbursement is available for TWO participants for each district that is more than 50 miles from the Florida Instructional Materials Center for the Visually Impaired (FIMC-VI).  Districts have the option of sending more than two and pay the expenses for the additional staff.

Do not miss this great opportunity to discuss current data (district and state) that impact your programs for DHH and VI.
