 Have a GREAT Summer!
We hope you all have a great summer! We know that some of you will be teaching summer school. Don't forget that you can order videos and resources from our catalog year-round. Tech Notes will be "on vacation" during the summer, but the email blasts from OSBD concerning job postings and announcements will continue to be available. Tech Notes will return in August with some links to resources to begin your school year.
For those of you that will be working on plans for the fall, check out Pearltrees. We've shared many sites like this in the past (LiveBinder, Diigo, Symbaloo, etc) . Pearltrees is a place to visually organize the web to meet your interests and needs. You can set up your own collections or view what others have collected. Set up collections for units you're planning, or for your own personal interests. You can make your collections private (if you have a premium account), share with specific people, or create a collection as a team. You can also upload your own photos and documents. For an example, I have started a collection of Back-to-School Resources. I will try to add to the collection during the summer, and will try to add other collections. Let me know if there is something you will be working on and I'll look for some resources for you.
