Hi-Three: Payroll System Guards Against Duplicate SSNs
While you add and edit records through Payroll > Employee Processing > Employee Maintenance, if you enter a Social Security Number that is already recorded for another employee, the program will display a WARNING that identifies the employee record where that same SSN is already recorded.
| Hi-Four: View G-Code History in Rehab Therapy Records |
Through Therapy System > Rehab Therapy > Daily Procedures > Enter Daily Time, select the View G-Code History button to display up to 200 functional G-Code records, starting with the most recent up to an Eval record. The types of codes displayed depends on the user's discipline; for example, PT will see only PT codes. The program will no longer display G-Code and 10th treatment alerts after you edit a day. Instead, if alert conditions exist, when you select Next Res or Exit, the program will display the G-Code Compliance Report for that resident and the user's discipline. New alert conditions have been added to this report. |
Hi-Five: Manager Override Allows Note Inactivation
A user with Manager Override capability can inactivate another user's Notes through the following two programs:
- Resident Accounting > File Utilities > Inactivate Notes
- Clinical: Nursing Care or Res Care / Asstd Lvg > Documentation > Notes > Inactivate Notes
A System Administrator can assign Manager Override through Utilities > System Structure > Maintenance. Select the User. On the Edit User ID Records screen, select Manager Override.
