Thank you for your ongoing support in building a vibrant and engaged community. Every day in so many ways Jewish Federation of Delaware is making a difference in the lives of thousands of people locally, nationally and internationally. I am pleased to provide highlights from this week's activities and initiatives...
COMMUNITY OUTREACH:The Wilmington Premiere Screening of
Jerusalem 3D and conversation with Producer, Taran Davies, was held this past Tuesday evening at the Penn Cinema's IMAX Theatre. Thanks to the generosity of the Buccini-Pollin Group for sponsoring the event. The movie will be playing all month - please visit
JerusalemTheMovie.com for more information.
The film,
Nuremberg: Its Lesson For Today, was screened in the Salesianum School Auditorium on Wednesday evening. It shows how the four allied prosecution teams - from the United States, Great Britain, France, and the Soviet Union - built their case against the top Nazi leaders. The screening was hosted by the Saint Thomas More Society of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, a collection of attorneys of various faiths.
This Sunday, please join me at the Siegel JCC at 4:00 p.m. for story teller, Noa Baum, and

CREATE A JEWISH LEGACY:
Later this morning, I will be attending the
Jewish Fund For the Future Board of Trustees meeting who ensures the endowment arm of Federation continues to be effective. Did you know that the JFF now manages total assets surpassing $20,000 million? This is an amazing achievement thanks to the ongoing leadership of JFF Chair, Bob Pincus, Investment Committee Chair, Suzanne B. Grant, and Grants Committee Chair, Stuart Nemser, as well as our various JFF committee members. We welcome and encourage you to speak with our Endowment Director,
Richard Nassau, who can explain the simple and various ways of leaving your legacy.
Today - Tomorrow - TOGETHER!
Shabbat Shalom,
