Art Night was a success THANKS to YOU!

The school looked amazing! What a great show of the artistic talent that our students posses! Docents, we are truly fortunate to be a part of this experience with the kids! The work you've put in all year and for this event has been awesome. The PTSA must be thanked for ensuring we have an art program in operation at Horace Mann. Your support of Art Night was instrumental - from funding to blasts .... Your help makes it happen.

Thank you teachers and staff for your combined efforts to help the work along during testing!

Thanks to all of the parents and student volunteers from RHS and RMS for your amazing help setting up, running stations, participating in the raffle and cleaning up. Art night couldn't have run so smoothly without you!

Special thanks to the Sudo family for staging a World Record event at the school. It couldn't have gone forward without Jane Wither of the Redmond Arts Commission and Mrs. Swain from RHS counting over 23,000 origami boats!

Thanks to the YMCA for sacrificing their space in the commons for the evening. Thank you Stan! For drawing caricatures of the kids! Thank you student artist Asaki Nelson, your talents were enjoyed by all. Warm thanks to TNT treats for treating us to your delicious food! A heartfelt thanks to Mike Ewanchuk, for working with the fifth grade as our Artist in Residence.

Lastly, thanks from the bottom of my heart to the Art Night committee for your skill and talent. The long hours you put in to organizing the event created a spectacular evening!

Sincerely,

Annie Savage
