I would like offer a HUGE thank you to the GREAT VOLUNTEERS - parents and staff members - that worked so hard to make our Bingo Night fundraiser happen on Thursday night. So many things have to come together to pull off such an event - food, drinks, collection of items for raffle baskets and the silent auction, setting up AV equipment, ticket and raffle sales, money management, set-up (a shout out to our great janitors, Rick and Brian who managed the stage), running all the various stations during the night (another shout out to Ann Glassey's husband, Bill, who called bingo numbers for three hours!), and then finally, clean-up. I saw a lot of smiling faces, and hearing the kids screaming out "one more number" made me want the night to go on and on. So thank you to all of you who stepped up to help out. You were a pleasure to work with, and I really, truly couldn't have pulled it off without you! You make me proud to be a part of the Horace Mann Community!
