In a recently released white paper, "Building a Lean Hospital," Network member Akron Children's Hospital applies lean thinking to create a facility focused on patients. Akron used lean project preparation and integrated project delivery to plan, design and construct its $180 million Kay Jewelers Pavilion, which was completed underbudget and ahead of schedule.
HCP-LAN Leads the Way to Value-based Reimbursement
