Cleveland Clinic's Improvement Model in Action
Healthcare Value Network member Cleveland Clinic recently created three short videos to demonstrate the power of improvement by the people who do the work and interact with patients day-to-day. One video explains how its labs are dramatically reducing patient wait times. Another video shows how Cleveland Clinic's nurses use a continuous improvement road map to remove barriers, and the third video illustrates how the hospital OR supply team improved inventory accuracy.
