Join us this fall for a new 1-day executive level site visit with Lee Memorial Health System, in Fort Myers, Florida, on Oct. 4. Attendees will learn how the Senior Leadership Team visually manages system priorities, and will experience the gemba on how staff and physicians are engaged in delivering better value to the customer.
The session will be facilitated by leaders from Lee Memorial, and includes time with Center CEO John Toussaint, MD.
