See What it Takes to Drive Transformation
In a recent video, John Toussaint, MD, explains the value of the Center's CEO Site Visit at ThedaCare. This educational experience is an opportunity to see first-hand how ThedaCare, one of the first healthcare systems in America to implement lean, changed its culture into one of continuous improvement. Participants come away with renewed passion and a set of next steps to further their lean journeys.

Sign up for Our Fall Lean Leadership Series
Oct.11-14 | San Francisco, Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital
Oct.18-21 | Washington D.C., Sibley Memorial Hospital
You're invited to our Fall Lean Leadership Series! The four-day events are jam packed with great education sessions built on feedback from healthcare leaders across the country on the skills and capabilities they value most in leading lean organizations.
"Rather than multiple trips to Appleton over several months, I was able to experience the workshops I wanted in three consecutive days. It accelerated my learning as well as saved my organization time and money. The location made it possible to bring a learning cohort from our site so we could have a common experience to build from."
- Kay Hall, Lean Leader at Adventist Medical Center
