We will also offer a choice of interactive and practical learning sessions and pre-Summit workshops for beginners and advanced leaders, MDs and practitioners. In addition, we will offer post-Summit hospital visits.

Keynotes will be in English, simultaneously translated into French and Dutch. Learning sessions will be offered in a variety of languages.

Management on the Mend Earns Shingo Research and Professional Publication Award

We're excited that Management on the Mend: The Healthcare Executive Guide to System Transformation, by John Toussaint, MD, joined the list of previous Center books that have been recognized with the Shingo Research Award for publication excellence.

The award is given annually by The Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence, a not-for-profit organization that is part of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. It recognizes a book's contribution to increasing overall operational excellence.
