Shook Publishes Rebuttal to Recent NEJM Article 'Medical Taylorism'
John Shook, chairman and CEO of the Lean Enterprise Institute, has written a rebuttal to a recent article called "Medical Taylorism" in the New England Journal of Medicine, which he says is "superficial and full of misconceptions, trashing lean and Toyota."
