House Passes Permanent Fix to SGR Bill

Dr. Toussaint talks about the importance of the recent SGR progress. The SGR problem has been going on since the 1990s, when the bill was first passed. With the new bill, doctors won't have to take a 21% pay reduction, and it is likely the new provisions in the SGR Bill may have a bigger impact on healthcare reform than the Affordable Care Act.
