New resolutions? Try any of Cate's Kundalini classes in January. The theme for all of her classes is supporting your new resolutions. She will be sharing techniques and mantras to help you accomplish ALL your new resolutions successfully! Her classes are on Monday 9:30am and Thursday 9:30 and 11:15 am. And you don't want to miss a special class on Sunday, January 8th at 11:30am.

Strengthen Your Resolve in Cate's Kundalini Classes This January!
"Lately, I've been yielding to the bad habit of staying up late and sleeping until the last possible minute. I wake to a state of emergency: Get the kids fed; get lunches made; get to the bus stop on time. During these rushed mornings, I communicate with my kids almost exclusively in truncated commands: "Brush teeth!" "Socks and shoes!" "Coats!" Not an ideal start to the day!
So, this year I'm resolving to wake up before the sun everyday and do my personal yoga practice, before anyone else's needs present themselves. I've done this off and on since I was introduced to the idea during teacher training. This year, however, I want to make it a more radical lifestyle change. continue reading
