The 11th day of the New Moon:
The most energetically powerful day. One needs to be very cautious and attentive in pursuing any kind of activity. One can pray, undertake a cleansing but after a thorough preparation.
This day gives you an abundance of energy and favours moves and changes. It helps to get off the ground a business which was previously derailed.Make sure you put your excess energy into something useful, however to avoid conflicts and bust-ups..

What to Bring:
Bring a large bottle of water. Wearmodest, light colored, non see-through comfortable clothes, preferably white or off-white natural fiber. Wear slip on shoes so you can easily wear your shoes to and from the restrooms, it is required by insurance policies that you wear your shoes in all public areas! A simple easy to wear and appropriate for both men and women head covering can be purchased at the course for $2 each. Baseball hats, loose scarves that fall off and colored or patterned bandanas are not appropriate. The floor is not carpeted. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, or sheepskin to sit on and a light sweater or shawl for warmth.
