Article2CFPB - Understanding the Changes effective August 1st  

 

Here at Cowlitz County Title, our Escrow staff has gone through the necessary training so that we can be better prepared for the changes coming August 1st.  Included in that training is understanding the CFPB Integrated Rule, along with the new Closing Disclosure Form.   Although the upcoming changes will require that we work even more closely with our Lender and Realtor partners, we have taken the steps to educate ourselves as much as possible in hopes to transition smoothly to the new rules.  For more information on the CFPB changes, click here.
