We understand that television may not be the best source for good advice and life lessons  (unless maybe you're watching an after-school special), but in the midst of all that entertainment, you may still find an occasional nugget of truth.  Acclaimed comedy series "Portlandia", popular for its focus on left-coast humor and hipster eccentricities, recently aired an episode on home buying and selling.  Click here to read about five real estate lessons you can learn from the show.
