Janet Madsen Celebrating 13 Years with CCT! 
 
Receptionist/Customer Service/Policy Typist
I'd like to recognize Janet Madsen for her years of dedication and loyalty to Cowlitz County Title.  She is celebrating her 13th year with the company.  Born and raised in Seattle, and later venturing to Port Orchard, Toutle and currently residing in Cougar, Janet started her career as a legal assistant from 1986-1993.  In 1993 she became a licensed real estate agent, and in 1996 worked in the mortgage lending and banking industry, up until 2001 when she joined the CCT team.  She is married to Steve Madsen and they have a beautiful girl together-Erin Madsen, 11.  Janet keeps busy attending her daughter's soccer and softball games, helping her with homework, band, girl scouts and Highly Capable (Hi-C) program.  Janet loves music and in her spare time, enjoys cooking healthy recipes for her family.  Thank you Janet for your years of great service to our valued customers!
