Her goal is to take her enthusiasm for professional service and translate it into a partnership with the real estate community. If you know you're writing an offer and don't have the legal description, call us on Friday (or anytime) and we'll get it right to you! If you're the Listing Agent, you can choose to get only the Exhibit "A" from the last-recorded Deed on the property (so you can upload it to your listing, or to order a Listing Order Title Report that gives you the legal description AND the status of title) -ALL YOU'LL NEED IS A BUYER!
