We're pleased to announce that 2014 is our 15th year of providing excellent service in Clark County!  In 1999, Cascade Title bought out a national competitor.  In the years since, our main office has been located first near Beaches restaurant, then on the 7th floor of the Bank of America Building and, for the last 2 ½ years, at our current location just off the Mill Plain exit of I-5.  We're proud of the "Consistent, Courteous and Complete" efforts of all of the great title and escrow people that have worked for Cascade over the years-their efforts have helped us earn the loyalty of many of the best Realtors and lenders in Clark County.  We're thankful for the dedication of our staff, but even more blessed by the many people that have trusted us with their important real estate matters.

We look forward to at least 15 more great years, with a bright future ahead for Clark County real estate, Cascade Title, and our customers!
