You may have noticed some new faces that have joined the Cowlitz County Title team! Melanie Gywnn (pictured, left) is our new Escrow Assistant and will be teaming with Theresa Byrd, our Escrow Officer/LPO (pictured, right) to ensure your transactions close smoothly! Theresa will be stepping in to fill Melissa's desk and will continue to take care of her clients as she has for the past years as Melissa's right hand.

Melanie has two children, Cody & MacKenzie, and one granddaughter, Marlie. She and her boyfriend, Phil, also enjoy their two dogs, Reagan and Rudy. She's lived in Cowlitz County for 33 years, and loves to entertain, travel, can food, fish, and spend time with family and friends. She's hoping to start learning to play golf soon (so feel free to give her some tips next time you come in!).
