Theresa Byrd, Escrow Officer/LPO

A few words of congratulation from the manager:

I'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate Theresa Byrd on her 7 years of service here at Cowlitz County Title.  For those of you who have had the pleasure to work with her, as Melissa's assistant these past years, you'll know that Theresa is not only a dedicated mother, but is also very dedicated in taking care of our clients.  Theresa has proven to me that she has what it takes to step into the shoes of a full time escrow officer and serve new customer's.  Please stop by the office on Wednesday, September 19th between 3:00-5:00 to wish her well and to say hello.

And here are a few words from Theresa herself:

I am a lifelong resident of Longview and graduated from R.A. Long High School.  My family and friends are from the area and I enjoy helping people in becoming a homeowner in our wonderful area.  I welcome the opportunity to work with realtors and lenders in order to not only grow in my position here at Cowlitz County Title, but to also help you be successful.  Please help me obtain my goal by spreading the word to your colleagues too.  On a personal note, my son has been attending LCC this summer with hopes of joining the service this winter.  With my father being a retired Chief in the Navy, I am hoping he chooses that arm of the service and I am very proud of his decision to serve our country.  My son and I are enjoying the summer spending time with family and friends.  We enjoy golfing on the weekends with my parents at a par 3 course in Rochester along with practicing my swing at our makeshift golf range at my parents farm in Winlock.

Instead of conducting an Open House, why not hold a "Tour of Homes" instead?

Industry statistics reveal that Traditional Open Houses are not very effective at selling homes. In fact, less than 1% of homes are sold as a result of a traditional open house. They're a huge waste of your time and effort, and they're a shameful waste of your clients' time and effort as well.  So how does a Open House differ from a Tour of Homes?  Read on...
