As we head into spring and show season starts to get under-way, the AEF reminds everyone to take precautions to keep your equine partners healthy.  As we get out and about with our horses whether to shows or on trail rides they are likely exposed to new insects, environments and other animals leading to the potential to bring home nasty viruses and other illnesses.  Consult your veterinarian to make sure that you are implementing an appropriate vaccination and deworming protocol to keep your horse healthy this season.

Educate yourself on proper biosecurity measures to further protect your horse.  Visit our Biosecurity page for tips and biosecurity workshops in your area.

Sincerely,

Your AEF Team
