2013 Technical Package
1. General

The Canadian Interprovincial Equestrian Championships is a multi-discipline competition whereby provincial/territorial equestrian organizations field teams representing their respective province/territory. This event is a key event in the development of Equestrian's next generation of national, international and Olympic champions. This event affords an opportunity for athletes in the "Learning and Training to Compete" stage of development to test their skills with their competitive peers from all over the country, while at the same time providing an avenue for talent identification. In addition to Team awards, the Canadian Interprovincial Equestrian Championships honours the individual Junior and Senior Champion in the divisions of Jumper - 1.1 meter, Dressage - Level 1, and Reining. Competitors are invited by the Organizing Committee through their Provincial/Territorial Sport Organization ("P/TSO"). All Team members must be 2013 Members in Good standing of their respective provincial equestrian federation /association and Equine Canada. This includes athletes, coaches, Chef d'Équipe and any other member involved with the team. The 2013 Canadian Interprovincial Equestrian Championships is a Bronze sanctioned competition member of Equine Canada and is governed by the rules of Equine Canada, subject to Pilot Project approval. An Equine Canada Bronze sport licence is required.
