Established in 2011, The Canadian Equestrian Championships are a multi-discipline competition whereby provincial/territorial equestrian organizations field teams representing their respective province/territory. This event is a key event in the development of Equestrian's next generation of national, international and Olympic champions. This event affords an opportunity for athletes in the "Learning and Training to Compete" stages of development to test their skills with their competitive peers from all over the country, while at the same time providing an avenue for talent identification.
In addition to Team awards, the Canadian Equestrian Championships honor the individual Junior and Senior Champion in the divisions of Jumper - 1.1 meter, Dressage - Level 1, and Reining.

Working in association with the Alberta Equestrian Federation, Jump Alberta is seeking applications to send a 1.10m Jumper Team to the Canadian Equestrian Championships in Bromont, Quebec.

Help us Grow our "Herd" of Programs

Please consider a donation to the Alberta Equestrian Federation. All amounts big or small qualify for the AEF's application to the Alberta Community Spirit Donation Grant to match your donation amount.

The donation grant provides an opportunity for eligible non-profit organizations to receive a provincial grant. The grant is based on total annual cash donations from individual Albertans that have been received by an eligible organization over a 12-month fiscal period. The grant can be used to support an organization's operations, programs and/or capital projects. The maximum grant available is $25,000 up to a maximum of $50,000 over three years. A minimum total of $1,000 in eligible cash donations needs to be received prior to applying for a grant.

This grant goes toward supporting our programs and educational scholarships given out each year to AEF members.

The AEF will apply for a matching government grant, which effectively doubles any contribution from an individual.   Help us reach our goal of raising $10,000 in cash donations this year.

Help us grow our "herd" of great programs.  Together we can make a difference in Alberta for our equine community.

Visit our online donation page https://www.albertaequestrian.com/Donate  or contact the office.
