Missional Office Calendar Now Online

The West District will continue to be a virtual office going to different churches throughout the district for the purpose of meeting with church people and pastors.  The main concept this coming year is to fulfill the new focus of the district superintendent as a missional strategist.  This would mean John Groves and John Davis will be asking about what you are doing in missions and help each congregation to be outwardly focused.

Therefore, we are transitioning from being called a "virtual office" to a "missional office."  You can still find our calendar of office locations on the district website at www.inumc.org/westdistrict. It is our hope that when you notice where we are planning our "office for the day" you will join us for conversation and share what exciting events are taking place in your places of worship and ministry. This office time is open to both laity and clergy.

Our vision is to create an operational team to help create ministry action plans for churches to look at the root causes of living out ministry with minimal growth.  We need to help one another in fulfilling the mission of the Indiana Conference.

Blessings and Prayers,

The West District Staff

Year End Reporting is Now Open

The Year End Reporting submission dates for the 2014 reporting year will be January 1 - February 15, 2015.  Blank forms are available from the GCFA website to use in preparing to submit your data online. (The site is not compatible with Internet Explorer 10)

We recommend that you print and prepare the blank forms before logging into the website to submit since the system times out after 30-45 minutes.

Your login is your church's 6-digit GCFA
identification number and your initial password is password. Once someone has logged into the system this password no longer works.

For those unfamiliar with the system a menu is located on the right hand side. It contains a FAQ as well as a User's Guide that provides a walkthrough for entering your data.

Under REPORTS is a report titled Printable Line Directions. This gives directions for every line on the report.

Important!! The system does not accept anything other than 0-9. No decimals, no dollar signs, no commas!!

Please click here to access the GCFA reporting site.

To request a paper copy of the forms please contact Carla Johnson at the Conference Center at1-877-781-6706 or 317-924-1321.
