Little Free Library at DES Needs Donations
The Little Free Library at DES is empty! We are happy that people have enjoyed using the library but we need people to donate books to keep the library going. Remember if you take a book - leave a book! It's a community effort to keep the library stocked and maintained.
"To promote literacy and the love of reading by building free book exchanges worldwide and to build a sense of community as we share skills, creativity and wisdom across generations. There are over 36,000 Little Free Library book exchanges around the world, bringing curbside literacy home and sharing millions of books annually."

PTO Technology Team Needs Your Help!
Do you have web skills? Do you want to make a difference for our DES families? Please help us with the technology behind the registration process.
The PTO Tech team is still looking for help setting up the DES 2016/2017 Registration System. We are looking for someone with web related skills to help us move our registration process forward for the next school year. You will enable our school to automate the registration process, school directory, and basic setup of the iPads parents will use during the registration process.
The group will meet a few times over the summer to setup and test - and of course you will be one of the first ones to be registered avoiding any lines.
Please contact Andrew Ziffer for more details.
