Due to citizen complaints about our crossing guard stopping Womack Road traffic to let our carpool parents exit, our guard has been asked to refrain from directing traffic. This change will cause our carpool line to back-up on Womack as cars will be unable to exit the Dunwoody Elementary parking lot. This is a devastating change to our process which has gone so smoothly this year.

The change was incurred by citizen complaints, so it seems reasonable to expect that we can revert back to the original plan through complaints.

If you feel so compelled, please contact the Dunwoody Police to let them know the impact of their decision on our carpool timing and the flow of traffic on Womack Road.
