These are all beautifully handmade of solid wood and can hold anything from a small yarn cake or a large cone of crocheting thread. FEATURED PATTERN The Wave Crohook Scarf
THE WAVE CROHOOK SCARF

This scarf would be a great way to wear your favorite team colors for the Super Bowl or March Madness!

This pattern stitch for the double-ended crohook came to me from Mary Lou Fisk through a mutual friend, Carol Ruplinger. I've adapted the stitch to create a scarf in two weights of yarn in the team colors of your choice. We named the pattern The Wave since it looks like cheering for the home team!

Tip of the Month

NEAT EDGES & BIND OFF

To achieve a nice edge, try slipping the last two stitches purlwise, with the yarn wrapping in front or back over the right-hand needloe according to whether the next row is a knit or purl.

To neaten the last bound-off stitch, knit into the stitch on the row below and bind off. This prevents a loose loop at the end of the bind-off row.
