Sutter's Gold 'n Fleece
e-NewsletterMay/June 2013

Greetings!

Memorial Day is here along with warmer weather (finally)! With the summer season fast approaching, there's still time to knit or crochet a summer project or plan for your fall project. See the Tip of the Month for Pantone's Fall 2013 color forecast.

Be sure to visit us at St. Germain's 6th Annual Walk in the Woods Art Fair on Saturday, June 8, 2013 from 9 am to 3 pm in the park behind the St. Germain Chamber of Commerce. We'll also be participating in the World Wide Knit in Public Day at our booth during the Art Fair so bring your knitting/crocheting and a chair and join us for this fun event!

Happy Knitting/Crocheting!

Progressive Needles KAL

Please join us for a Summer Rerun from Michelle Hunter of Knit Purl Hunter of one of our favorite KALs - Center of Attention!  With so many new participants in the KAL, it will be fun introducing them to this great toe up sock design. If you have been a faithful KALer from the start, use the opportunity to knit another pair and get a jump on your holiday projects while donating to a good cause. For every skein of Trekking XXL "Susanne" purchased, Skacel will donate $10 to the Marsha Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer Research. This lovely sock yarn was specially dyed in the turquoise color of ovarian cancer awareness.
