Joe's Puzzle of the Month
Joe's Puzzle of the Month
A man found an old bottle on the beach. When he opened it a genie appeared. The genie was so happy to be free that he would grant the man one wish and only one. The man was confused as to what to ask. The man went home and asked his blind mother what to ask for. She asked for her eye-sight to come back. He then asked his wife. She became very excited and asked for a son as they were childless for many years. The next day the man returned and made one wish that made both his mother and wife happy. What was the wish??

Thrummed Mittens
THRUMMED MITTENS
Liz wrote this pattern as a tool to teach how to add thrums and also to practice the Magic Loop Technique. With this technique it is just as easy to make both mittens at the same time as to do them on at time...The mittens are fun, eye-catching and the warmest mittens she has ever knit. CLASS ALSO AVAILABLE.
