Last week I shared with you the Wheel of Life. If you missed it simply click here. I invited you to choose 2 areas you would like to improve. You may have noticed that improving one area of your wheel improved another area or two. It's good to know we can evaluate the difference between where we are and where we want to be. We have the ability to make choices about our lives. We all have the same 24 hours in a day, it's how we choose to use those hours that makes the biggest difference in our life. We can learn from the past or continue the same patterns. We can plan for the future, but living in the moment makes our lives more meaningful and fulfilling.
Possible ways to improve your wheel:
1. Plan and go out on a family outing.
2. Evaluate your career and finances.
3. Do you have a daily spiritual practice?
4. Do something for yourself that is fun and makes you smile.
This week I invite you to:
1. Look at your wheel again, how can you improve each category by one?
2. How can you share what you are learning about yourself with someone else?
3. Think about each day! How can you make each day your best day ever?
