WHEEL OF LIFE
We have reached the second half of the year. This is a great time to step back, evaluate your year so far with your goals and objectives and to take action to get back on track, if necessary. It's a great opportunity to do some thinking about your finances, your nutrition, your career and other aspects of your life that you might want to improve. Make the second half of the year count!

A technique I use with my coaching clients is the "Wheel of Life". This wheel contains eight sections that, together, represent the wheel of your life. Think of it as a snapshot taken in the moment. Using the diagram below rate your level of satisfaction in areas of your life by placing a dot in the section, 1 means not at all satisfied (middle of circle) and 10 means highly satisfied (outer edge of circle).

Now connect the dots. If this were a real wheel, how bumpy would the ride be?

It's not about getting all 10's; it's about creating a smoother more balanced ride.
Exercise
This week I invite you to do the following:

1. How did you rank your fun/recreation? How do you feel about that?

2. Choose 2 areas you would like to improve and write down specific things you can do to improve those areas.

3. Write down the benefit to you by accomplishing these goals.

Send me a picture of your wheel and let's chat about developing a plan to assit you in becoming more successful.
Give me a call 816-213- 0125.
